We put an offer in on our house in October 2017 and closed in January 2018. I can honestly say that the house purchasing process was one of the most stressful things I have ever had to endure. We looked at about 7-8 houses before my daughter and I found “the one”. Alina made sure that I stayed positive and when she felt like I was being treated unfairly, she fought for me. It just seemed that everything that could happen, did happen. I started a new job during the process and that caused issues; I wouldn’t be able to close until I received my first paystub. Luckily for me, I had an awesome realtor that arranged for me to rent the house until I closed. When I wanted to give up, Alina encouraged me. When I cried, she told me that it would all be “worth it in the end”. If you want a realtor that will be honest with you and fight for you, Alina is your girl.
