Alina is professional and wonderful woman. We were looking for a house to buy in the middle of the 2021. It was such a crazy time! A lot of average priced houses were selling in one day without any instructions and was bought with cash. We didn’t have enough cash and wanted a “clear” deal. All the people wanted to buy new property so the demand for houses was greater than the market could offer. BUT WE DID IT. We have bought our first house in that area where we wanted. Alina helped us with everything. She made a really good offer for owner’s house. Alina recommended us some experts who made house inspections. She introduced us to the broker when our bank messed up everything and her broker prepared all documents on time. Moreover, She negotiated with owners about house. How you can see, she took care about us like we were her family. ?? I am really glad that Alina was our real estate agent. If we decide to change our house, we will do it only with her.
